Introduction
Enterprise Payment Service is a REST-based API that provides our clients with a regional payment gateway for collections and returns with credit and debit cards.
You can use the API in the development environment, which will not affect your production application.
This service includes the following:
- authentication service
- Card encryption and tokenization service
- Multi-country and multi-currency collection service
- Credit and debit card refund service
Payment process
The payment process works as follows.
As the first step of integration, our clients connect to our Enterprise product Payment Service, through personalized credentials for each client, which allows us to correctly monitor transactions.
Subsequently, when we receive the request, we perform the tokenization of the user's payment data and a payment instrument is generated, which has the information safely to continue with the collection process.
When the payment instrument is ready, it is sent to the Ravelin Anti-fraud platform, which has an analysis based on artificial intelligence where it is taken into consideration the purchasing behavior of users to determine if the collection attempt presents any aspect considered anomalous. By getting the successful result of this system, The connection to the payment processor is made.
Subsequently, the result of the transaction is obtained and our system notifies our clients immediately.
